Harland Energy Company is owner operated by a seasoned energy professional with 20+ years of experience in the energy business. During his tenure in the power industry Mr De Lairre took part in the development and 100% non-recourse financing of the first independent power project (IPP) in the United States, Ocean State Power I and II, a 500 mw gas fired combined cycle power plant in Burrillville, Rhode Island. The current focus of Harland Energy Company is value creation by utilizing undervalued real estate parcels for solar energy fields, either on a distributed generation basis, or wholesale sales to the hosting utility. We have done feasibility and due diligence on open field, rooftop, and parking shelter tops. In addition, we have evaluated contaminated soil sites and landfill locations.
